Southampton Arts and Humanities Festival is the University of Southampton's annual celebration of Humanities and the Arts.

This November join us for an interdisciplinary journey of discovery through the arts and humanities, with a series of free online events, downloadable resources and content on-demand, accessible to everyone across the world.

a black and white drawing of hands on a charcoal background pointing their index finger to a white ribbon that looks like a road. Two hands point to a black label with a purple wheelchair icon, the others hands touch directly the ribbon changing its course with their shape. The purple text in capital letters at the centre of the ribbon says 'IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE'

Becoming UK City of Culture 2025 would see Southampton host a range of cultural festivities supporting culture-led regeneration. It would be a year-long celebration where everyone in Southampton is invited. Culture in its broadest term is about what makes us human, itís our identities, itís what we do, how we live and what we believe. To find out more, please visit southampton2025.co.uk
